| Bio: | We are a collective of converts to Christianity from diverse secular backgrounds. Our primary focus is Orthodoxy as the historical faith practiced by the Apostles & successive Christians for centuries. The name of the group is taken from Romans chapter 11, wherein Paul describes how those raised outside of the faith may become incorporated into the body of Christ with a botanical metaphor. "Quod si radix sancta est, et rami pariter." This is a communal LJ for Brian, Timothy, & Andrea. The Order itself, also dubbed "GodGeeks", is composed of Elendili, meaning "the faithful" or "star-lover" in Elvish. | ||||
